What a difference in how I feel today compared to yesterday. I'm not exactly sure but from what I hear I was asleep 80% of the day. Today I can sit up in bed, I actually stood up once and got into the wheelchair and the highlight of my day I got to see our precious babies. :) It felt so good to talk to them both and just watch their little moves. I was able to hold Addalyn for a while and I can't even explain how it felt. They will let me hold Aiden this afternoon and I am really looking forward to it. Thank you again to everyone for all your prayers! Our children are truly miracles from God and we thank him every minute for all the blessings.
*Thank you so much for all the calls and people wanting to visit. Unfortunately, the NICU is not like a normal nursery, so it is not easy to have visitors see the babies this early. If you plan to visit, just keep in mind you might not get to see them. Right now we pray that the little ones will have little interruption in this cruicial growing period. Thank you for your understanding.

that is awesome emily!!! I'm so happy you got to finally hold her! what fun! i remember the first time i "bonded" with my daughter, it is so very special and you will remember it forever!!! still prayin for you all, can't wait to meet them!!!
