Aiden is ready to come home!

Aiden is coming home tomorrow! YEAH! Brian and I are shocked along with his closest friends (his favorite 2 nurses Amber and Ashley). We got the idea that he would be coming home probably 2 weeks after Addalyn came home but 1 WEEK! Wow! He is now 4 lbs 1 oz so he is definately getting bigger. Of course it will be crazy to see how small he looks in his bed! I can't wait to have them both here. Now this means recruitment has begun on staying here and assisting for a little while until I can handle both. HA HA Watch out I may be calling you up! :) Mom and I went to buy Aiden's bed last night. It is the same as his sister's bed except it is brown and blue (not pink). I hope he loves it!
Update on Addie-She is adjusting well to life at the Brinkman household. Her nose is stuffed up though.....which makes me sad to hear her sound unhappy. I have the themometer down since I think I take her temperature every 1/2 hour! Has anyone tried a syringe? (sp) That thing is HORRIBLE! I can't stand doing it to Addie and of course she screams bloody murder. So, I called the doctor (first of many) and asked what to do. Drops in the nose first is what they suggest so that the syringe is not so bad and can be successful. I need to get a humidifier as well. I hope she feels better soon.....I would hate for Aiden to get a stuffy nose too. Addie still loves to be held. I was asked what my plan is if I have 2 that will want to be held....this is what I came up with. I got these sling carriers and I think if it is possible I am going to wear both and just put them in there while I work around the house. I'm not sure how well this is going to work....I may only be able to wear 1 and then carry the other baby. Now, the search is on to find the carriers..... I am in the process of locating the camera so that I can upload new pics. The babies are now 1 month old and 2 days! Crazy how time is flying!
*Don't worry I have not forgotten to write my thank you cards from the baby shower...I am in the process of completing this project. :)
