I haven't posted for a while, so I told Emily I would take this one. We have been getting a ton of requests to update the blog. As you can imagine, it is a little tougher to find time for blogging now that the babies are home :) Our hands are a little full! It is really neat though to know people are interested in reading about our babies. We probably have two or 3 people everyday tell us they love reading our blog, even people we haven't spoken to in years.
The twins are gaining energy and are awake more and more each day. When their eyes are open, we try to set them next to each other as much as possible. It is a great feeling to see them touch, lean their heads together, and make noises back and forth. I know it is a little embarrassing, but yesterday they were even having a "toot" war. Twins passing gas back and forth is definitely a sight to see. It is also really funny to see Addie try to take a bite out of her little brother! She is generally hungry when she is awake, so it isn't uncommon for her to try to eat everything in sight, including parts of Aiden. He is usually pretty calm and handles her craziness fairly well--though today we could tell he was fed up and tried to push her away :)
