Boy I'm behind on blogging:) It has been crazy for us! We are officially moved out of our Plainfield home and are currently living with my parents. It was hectic getting everything packed and moved but with family and friend's help it worked out great:) Thanks! I of course have to go back b/c I left 1 kitchen cabinet full! YIKES!
We went to Gatlinburg a week ago with my side of the family and had a great vacation. We went on many hikes, creek walks, grilled out, went out to dinner, went to an amusement park, shopped, and more! It was soo much fun spending a whole week together! The twins can say Joscelyn and Garrett very well now....and ask for them ALL THE TIME!!! They had a blast playing with their cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. It was nice for Brian and I to have some breaks from chasing kids. :) We look forward to Florida with the Brinkmans in July! We plan on going to Disney World so we can't wait!!
Twins- If you can imagine they both talk TONS and walk/run everywhere. I can't really take them everywhere alone....especially swimming. They are 16 months and are on track!! This is great news!!! Aiden is finished with physical therapy! He progressed so well and really shocked everyone! He enjoys throwing rocks, stacking and pushing downs blocks, playing in the creek, and throwing/kicking balls. He really shows off for people and waves at everyone wherever we go...of course yelling HI and other words at them. It is funny! He loves the pool! The first 2 times this summer he wasn't that interested in getting wet but now he LOVES it and doesn't want to get out. :) He enjoys splashing everyone, throwing stuff in the pool, pushing people underwater, and jumping off the edge (I should say falling into Brian's arms)
Addie is really talking! She talks to me all the time and shows great expressions (appropriate too) when speaking. She even told my mom to be patient! Ha ha I guess we tell her that often:) Addie now tells us when she potties. She isn't always accurate on whether or not she has to go or already did but she is always right. The doctor told me to start sitting her on the toilet, which I can't imagine! Maybe 18 months I'll try working on it?
We will hopefully be moving into our new place in September. I don't have any pics yet but I will post some when I do.
