NEW YORK! Recently Brian took me along with him to New York for a business trip. We really enjoyed New York and the time together. It was the first time for me to be gone from both our babies. They did great while we were gone. While we were in New York we were able to do a lot! We saw Chicago (AWESOME!), Central Park, go shopping, and other fun stuff. We were both extremely tired coming home but quickly with the help of Starbucks got excited for the Colts game. The game was unbelieveable! I remember looking around when the Colts were behind in the 4th and noticing quite a few people leaving. I'm sure they were mad when they found out the final score. We had such a great time! This past week we have been trying to catch up on sleep and spending time with the babies. We can't wait to get Christmas stuff out and begin our holiday traditions with our little ones.

I think Central Park was one of Brian's favorite things! It was HUGE and we didn't come close to seeing it all. That will be on the top of the list for next time...I'm hinting to Brian:)

I can't remember if I posted the Halloween pic for 2009. Here we are 2 chefs and 2 pots of lobsters. :)

Addie wasn't sure about all the cameras and why she was stuffed in a pot. ha ha

Aiden was sooo cute in the pot and seemed content riding around in it. :)

Here are some pictures for our photo session with the cornercafe photography. We loved it!

I'm not sure if Brian will read this post anytime soon but I couldn't resist in putting up 2 of my favorite all time photos. I can't describe in words how much appreciation I have for my husband when it comes to taking care of the babies. I know when it is 4am and Aiden wakes up.... not very many dads would jump up out of bed and say I'll get him, even when he has to work that day. Many moms do a lot of the feeding, changing, late nights, baths,etc..alone but Brian has always jumped in and wanted to help me. I love that so much b/c I know it isn't just b/c he loves me and wants to help me but I also can see that he loves them so much he can't miss a moment.

The babies are changing every second. New things....Addie is all over the house crawling, talking (singing), and got her 5th tooth this weekend. Aiden is getting out of a sitting position and trying to crawl but really just pulls himself around in circles. :) It won't be long. Aiden is mimicking a lot. Yesterday with the physical therapist he would repeat what she said. He repeated "done" and "get it" it was sooo cute. They are both so smart and really understand a lot of what I say and do. I'm trying to think of how we are going to get the Christmas tree up and untouched by babies. WE are going to have to put gates around it. Addie is by the book when it comes to what to watch out for! No joke she goes for everything like cords! They both understand "no" but Addie just turns with the smile and moves fast! I catch myself laughing at her. We can't wait for Thanksgiving, shopping for Christmas outfits, Christmas, and snow! Not much longer until they are 1! I've already started thinking of themes and ideas for the big party:)
