Baby Dedication

Our church had 13 babies/toddlers for the baby dedication. We were so grateful for everyone that made it to be a part of such a great day for Bethel and all the families of the children. Addie and Aiden did great! No screaming or sleeping...it was a success! Well, we have been out and about a lot and October has just begun! Yesterday we had pictures taken at my dad's farm with my entire family. It was so much fun and I'm excited to see how they turned out. Addie and Aiden had a thing with sticking their tongues out in almost ALL the pictures! It was funny! Now both Addie and Aiden have 2 teeth and I believe Addie might be getting a top one. Ever since the teeth started they get up around 3 AM!!! I thought we were finished with getting up during the night..oh well. Addie is getting around in I think you could call it an "army crawl." It is cute seeing her move around usually motivated to get remotes or phones. At times, she moves with her knees but not a lot. Aiden doesn't seem as interested in crawling yet, but can roll so fast he usually beats Addie to the toys. ha ha I can't leave the 2 of them alone anywhere now...they are quick and usually find something they aren't suppose to get into. I didn't think I needed to gate off an entire area for them to play in but I'm starting to wonder! Like their very own arena! :) Maybe I can get rid of some of Brian's sport stuff upstairs and transform the loft into a play area.....not sure how he'd feel about that. We hope everyone stays healthy and enjoys this beautiful fall season!

I almost forgot to mention that Addie started saying "da da" yesterday. It was so sweet to hear. Of course she screams mama. Aiden is still just a mama boy but I know Aiden will start saying da da soon too b/c he is obsessed with Brian.
